Wednesday, February 28: 8:30–10:30 a.m. (Period 3), plus tournaments, athletics, and rehearsals
Thursday, February 29: 8:30–10:30 a.m. (Period 5), 12:30–2:30 p.m. (Period 2), plus athletics and rehearsals
Friday, March 1: 8:30–10:30 a.m. (Period 6), 12:30–2:30 p.m. (Period 7)

- Monday, February 26
, is a conference day. Instructors will be available in their classrooms during the regularly scheduled time. These are “open hours,” meaning students can come and go as needed.
- All classes will meet in person, and attendance is required for all students.
- Term 2 ends at 3 p.m. on Friday, March 1.
No instructor may accept any additional work from a student after that time.
- Any possible exception to these policies—if a student falls ill, has a family emergency—must be approved by the director of studies in collaboration with the medical director.

Please note that students must attend all class meetings during the final week of the term, regardless of how instructors plan to use those meetings.

Only in extraordinary circumstances will permission be granted for a student to miss class meetings during the final week of the term. The purchase of nonrefundable tickets for an early departure is not considered such a circumstance.

Student Billing Update & Reminder |
As we get closer to launching the enrollment process for the 2024–2025 academic year, we would like to provide an update regarding increases in two of our annual fees. The Academy always strives to keep such increases to a minimum. In 2024–2025, the fee for Student Health Insurance for international students will increase from $2,900 to $3,100, and the Course Materials
fee for all students will increase from $800 to $900. Any unused balance in the student’s Course Materials account will be refunded to the family upon the student’s departure from Andover.
Reminder: Please review your student’s 2023–2024 tuition account on our billing portal, FACTS.
All outstanding balances were due in full by Thursday, February 15. Even if tuition has been paid in full, there may be additional charges, payments, and credits applied to your student’s account. If you have already reviewed your statement and taken appropriate actions, thank you. is a best-selling author, public speaker, activist, and co-screenplay writer of First They Killed My Father, a critically acclaimed 2017 movie streaming on Netflix that is based on her memoir and directed by Angelina Jolie. Hosted by Asian Society, the Southeast Asian Club, and CAMD, Ung will speak to the campus community on
Friday, February 16, at 7 p.m. in Kemper Auditorium. A book signing will follow the presentation, with books available for purchase. The event is free and open to the public.

. We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to showtime to secure your seat for the show. All persons in your party must be present to claim their seat—there is no saving seats and no late seating. Led by the Reverend Gina M. Finocchiaro, Protestant chaplain. This week we welcome the Gospel Choir, led by Michael Belcher, to our service. All are welcome for this time of scripture, prayer, music, and spoken reflection. Cochran Chapel.
- 6:15 p.m.—Catholic Mass:
All are welcome to join the PA Catholic community for Mass on Sunday evenings when school is in session. Overseen by Dr. Mary Kantor, Catholic chaplain, with presider Fr. Jack O’Brien and other guest priests from the Archdiocese of Boston. Student leaders participate in liturgical roles as lectors, Eucharistic ministers, and musicians, and help with hospitality. Mass is followed by hospitality and fellowship with snacks and refreshments and sometimes short programming by Catholic Student Fellowship (CSF) leaders.
