Exploring AntiracismJoin us tonight at 7 p.m. in Kemper Auditorium to hear author Ibram X. Kendi, award-winning scholar of racism and antiracism and New York Times best-selling author. In his latest book, How to Be an Antiracist, Kendi presents a compelling concept of antiracism and points us toward liberating new ways of thinking about ourselves and one another. Following the presentation, Kendi will sign copies of his book, which will be available for purchase. Free and open to the public, this event is sponsored by the Associate Head of School for Equity, Inclusion, and Wellness; the Tang Institute; and the College Counseling Office.

Term 3 Schedules Out Next WeekTerm 3 schedules will be released next week—the final week of winter term— most likely on Wednesday, March 4. Course add/drop/change requests will be accepted on Thursday, March 5, and Friday, March 6. During Spring Break, requests can be emailed to Ken Shows, assistant dean of scheduling. The regular on-campus add/drop/change process will resume on Tuesday, March 24. The deadline to add a new course is 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 26.
- Students may only submit course add/drop requests during this early add/drop period (March 5–23) if the requested course was originally included on your child’s Course Request Form (CRF). These requests do not need to be signed by the advisor or college counselor.
- Requests for courses that were not originally included on the student’s CRF may be submitted starting Tuesday, March 24, and will need approval from your child’s advisor (and college counselor, if applicable).
Term 2 Reports: End-of-term grades and instructor reports will be posted on The Hive on Wednesday, March 11.

Video: Helping Teens Deal with StressLynn Lyons LICSW, a psychotherapist, author, and speaker with a special interest in interrupting the generational patterns of anxiety, was recently on campus for a mini-residency. At a February 11 event sponsored by the PSPA, Lyons presented “Preventing Anxiety and Depression: Skills We Can (and Should!) Teach Our Teens.” You can watch the video on The Hive.

Honoring Your GradDuring Commencement Weekend, June 5–7, The Phillipian will publish its annual Commencement issue—an expanded version of the newspaper that captures major events that occurred throughout the school year. Commencement issues will be sold throughout the weekend.

Save the Date for Hank Phillippi RyanOn Friday, April 10, join us in welcoming Emmy Award–winning journalist Hank Phillippi Ryan to campus. A well-known Boston TV personality, Ryan will discuss how she has managed to mix the factual world of investigative reporting and fiction to become a best-selling author of psychological suspense thrillers. This event, free and open to the public, takes place 7–8 p.m. in the Freeman Room in the Oliver Wendell Holmes Library.
