Students received their spring term schedules on Wednesday, March 4. Please review key dates below related to the add/drop period.
|
- Thursday, March 5–Friday, March 6: Early add/drop/change. Students may request changes only for courses originally listed on their Course Request Form (CRF). No advisor or college counselor signature needed.
-
Wednesday, March 25–Friday, March 27: Regular on-campus add/drop change. Requests for courses not on the original CRF may be submitted. These require advisor approval (and college counselor approval for uppers and seniors).
-
Friday, March 27: Last day to add a course.
|
Students with incomplete schedules: Juniors, lowers, and uppers with fewer than five classes, or seniors seeking to add a fifth class, should contact Associate Dean of Studies for Scheduling Mika Latva-Kokko immediately.
A note about instructor changes: Students may occasionally be assigned a different instructor or section for the next term due to staffing and scheduling needs. We know instructor changes can feel uncomfortable for some students, and we encourage you to help them view these moments as opportunities to build resilience. Please note that we do not honor requests for specific instructors or class periods. Policies for requesting an instructor change can be found in The Blue Book on The Hive.
