Summer Storage Option for Boarding Students |
Each year, Phillips Academy partners with Collegeboxes to provide a solution for boarders who need to store their items over the summer. Collegeboxes will pick up items, place them in storage, and deliver them to your child’s 2025–2026 dorm room just before the beginning of the school year. Deliveries to college or the student’s home are also possible. There are costs associated with this service. NOTE: Student belongings cannot remain on campus over the summer.
Please refer to this document for details and answers to commonly asked questions. More questions? Contact Claudia Scofield in the Dean of Students Office by email or call 978-749-4124.

Students to Present at Archaeological Society Event |
Join the Massachusetts Archaeological Society’s Northeast/Gene Winter Chapter on Tuesday, April 15, at 7 p.m. at the Robert S. Peabody Institute of Archaeology for presentations by PA students on their archaeological research experiences with the Peabody collections.
Eagle Bone Flutes: Past, Present, and Future—Alberto Agudo ’25 explores an interdisciplinary approach to studying ancient bone flutes housed at the Peabody Institute. By integrating the instruments’ historical context with musical analysis of a contemporary Native American musician, he presents the bone flute as a living musical experience rather than merely an artifact of the past.
Meet PA’s Andover Anthropological Society—The student-run Andover Anthropological Society has been examining a large collection of Inupiat artifacts collected from Barrow Point, Alaska, learning about gender performance in Inupiat daily life. Club members will be presenting their research process and key findings to date.
The event is free and open to the public. Unable to attend in person? The meeting will be streamed live via this Zoom link. Questions? Email the Massachusetts Archaeological Society.
