Parent feedback needed

The Office of Information Technology is collecting parent feedback on the online grades/reports experience. Over the summer, the current method of viewing students’ reports online will be evaluated and one of the goals is to improve the experience for parents. To participate in this discussion, go to the Welcome Parents tab on PAnet and under News and Notices, click on Discussion - Viewing Grades and Comments. Your feedback is important and must be shared by May 1 to be included.

Phillipian Commencement issue

The weekend of June 7-9, The Phillipian will publish its annual Commencement issue, a longer version of the paper that captures the highlights of the school year and includes pictures and messages submitted by parents congratulating their child (ren) on their graduation. In years past, The Phillipian has received so many submissions for this issue that it has run several extra pages, and parents often see it as a keepsake.

Commencement ads come in five sizes: small ($60), medium ($80), large ($90), half-page ($180), and full-page ($300). Please add $25 per order if you would like your ad printed in color. You can design your own ad and send it as a jpeg to Noah Hornik at nhornik@andover.edu. Or send your pictures and text, and our staff will help with the layout! Please send payment to Jamie Chen at 180 Main Street, Andover, MA 01810. Checks should be made payable to Trustees of Phillips Academy. Questions? Please contact Eleanor Blum, the Phillipian’s chief operating officer, (eblum@andover.edu). Submission deadline is May 26. Thank you for your support!
