Mid-point grading prep: Faculty have begun mid-point grading. During this time, BlueLink grades, comments, and unofficial transcripts have been muted. They will resume when grades are published on Tuesday, April 29. If you need a transcript during this time, please email the Registrar’s Office.
Mid-point grades and comments posting: The Dean of Studies Office will post Term 3 mid-point grades and comments in the Student Reports section of The Hive on Tuesday, April 29. Mid-point reports will be written only in classes where the teacher has concerns about a given student (low grades, incompletes, concerning behaviors, etc.). If your student is doing well in all their classes, you may not see any mid-point instructor comments.

Become a Welcome Ambassador for New PA Families! |
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help greet and connect with parents and guardians of incoming Andover students. This is a fun, meaningful opportunity to build community and create lasting connections within the PA family community.
As a welcome ambassador, you will be matched with a small group of new parents and asked to reach out to them by phone or email in May and June. We will provide outreach templates and tips to guide your conversations. Your mission is simple: extend a warm Big Blue welcome, become a friendly point of contact, and help foster family-to-family connections.
Last spring, our amazing welcome ambassadors reached out to over 250 new PA families. We would love your help in making this year’s welcome just as impactful!
To sign up, please complete this form by Friday, May 2. Questions? Please email Meaghan Reilly, assistant director of Family Giving.

Summer Storage Option for Boarding Students |
Each year, Phillips Academy partners with Collegeboxes to provide a solution for boarders who need to store their items over the summer. Collegeboxes will pick up items, place them in storage, and deliver them to your child’s 2025–2026 dorm room just before the beginning of the school year. Deliveries to college or the student’s home are also possible. There are costs associated with this service. NOTE: Student belongings cannot remain on campus over the summer. The last day to sign up and receive a supply kit is Monday, May 19.
Please refer to this document for details and answers to commonly asked questions. More questions? Contact Claudia Scofield in the Dean of Students Office by email or call 978-749-4124.
