Preparing for the 2025–2026 School Year |
To ensure your returning student is cleared for registration in the fall, families are asked to complete “Required for Registration” tasks. All necessary forms are available on The Hive. For a login tutorial, including how to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), click here.
|
|
|
Below is an overview of the four required tasks:
|
-
Tuition and Fees: Displays the current tuition and fee status. If they are not up to date, login to FACTS Management to review your account, which you can access on The Hive homepage. As a reminder, payment deadlines depend on your payment plan. For both the one- and two-payment plan options, the first payment is due July 1.
- My Family Profile: Families can view their address and email contact information. We encourage families to review the information each spring in preparation for the upcoming school year. Updates are due by August 1; however, families have access to My Profile throughout the school year and can make updates in a timely manner.
When entering your information, please note the following:
|
|
|
-
Be sure your Preferred Number is the best number to reach you. The preferred number is displayed to campus adults so we can contact you quickly if necessary.
- If possible, please choose a different contact email for each parent/guardian to ensure all receive our schoolwide emails.
|
-
Health & Medical: Log into the Sykes Wellness Health Portal to complete registration requirements and upload updated health information for your student by July 1. You can access the health portal on The Hive homepage.
Questions? Please email the Sykes Wellness Center.
|
-
Travel Authorizations: Complete Travel Authorizations before the start of school in September. This section covers car and driving authorizations as follows.
|
- Day Students:
- Students who are at least 17 years old and can legally drive individuals under age 21 may be given authorization to drive boarding students.
- This ONLY applies to day students driving boarding students.
- Boarding Students:
- With parent/guardian authorization, boarding students can ride in a car driven by a day student. This authorization does NOT cover ride-sharing services or riding in a car driven by another student’s parent/guardian.
-
Permission Process: Each time students drive (Day) or ride (Boarder) together, they must seek permission either from a house counselor or cluster dean. (Default permission for ALL students is to receive permission from their house counsel or cluster dean.)
-
ONLY for uppers and seniors: parents/guardians can allow their 11th and 12th graders to get permission from ANY faculty member.

Theatre & Dance Presents: Mamma Mia! |
Join us for our spring term musical performance! ABBA’s hits tell the hilarious story of a young woman’s search for her birth father. This sunny and funny tale unfolds on a Greek island paradise. On the eve of her wedding, a daughter's quest to discover the identity of her father brings three men from her mother’s past back to the island they last visited 20 years ago.
The story-telling magic of ABBA’s timeless songs propels this enchanting tale of love, laughter, and friendship, creating an unforgettable show. A mother. A daughter. Three possible dads. And a trip down the aisle you’ll never forget! (Music Theatre International)
