End-of-Year Reminders

  • Student Checklist: Review the end-of-year student checklist for important deadlines and essential information from the athletics and music departments, library, Mail Services, and more. 
  • Schedule for May 26–29, the Final Week of Term 3: Review the End-of-Term Schedule. 
  • REACH End-of-Year Sign-Out (Boarders): All boarding students must submit a “Summer Vacation REACH leave” by Sunday, May 24, at 8 p.m. Approval is required from one parent/guardian and the student’s house counselor. Please remind your student to complete this. 
  • Lost and Found: The Dean of Students Office (second floor of George Washington Hall) will be hosting a Lost & Found Open House from Tuesday, May 26, through Friday, May 29 (9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily). Items not claimed (except those labeled with a student’s name) will be donated.
  • Yearbooks for pickup: Did you preorder a Pot Pourri? Students can pick up their copy from the Student Activities office (lower level Paresky Commons). Yearbooks will not be mailed home. Didn’t preorder? Extras are available for purchase in Student Activities.

Registration Tasks

Returning families are asked to complete “Required for Registration” tasks. All necessary forms are available on The Hive.

RSVP: Reception for Parents of Seniors

Senior families are invited to a reception on Friday, May 29, from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. in the Pan Athletic Center following the pre-prom festivities. Please RSVP by Monday, May 25.
