Happy Parents’ Weekend!
This year we asked parents to register in advance for meals and events during Parents’ Weekend. The response has been tremendous and we eagerly anticipate hosting approximately 1500 parents and other family members between Friday and Sunday. Even if you are able to be here only in spirit, we wish you a beautiful October weekend.
November 1st Parent Connect Webinar
Monday night’s Parent Connect Webinar focuses on how to help students identify and link their learning style with study skills, time-management and test-taking strategies for academic success. A panel of experts will explore how students can perform optimally by adapting their learning style using customized academic approaches. To register, please go to the Webinar link on the Parent Portal. Please remember that our own Academic Skills Center is conveniently located in the Oliver Wendell Holmes Library to aid any student who could benefit from additional academic support.

Subscribe to the Phillipian
The editors of Andover’s student newspaper, The Phillipian, have launched a subscription drive and are asking for your support. You may buy a copy of the newspaper for delivery every Friday to your son’s or daughter’s mailbox at school, and order a copy for home delivery, too. These subscriptions, available now at a reduced rate, support the newspaper’s independent reporting and writing. You can subscribe from The Phillipian page. Please contact the editors at subscribe@phillipian.net with any questions.
